7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

Product received is damaged during transit
Incorrect product received
Product received in a defective or tampered condition

Any such issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Requests submitted after 12 hours from the recorded delivery time may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Upon successful verification, Satvikk may provide a replacement product or process a refund to the original payment method.

8. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products
Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
Orders returned because of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
